Edward Leybovich

CEO

Ed is responsible for driving the strategic vision behind Trust Equity Partners (“TEP”), overseeing the operations of the company, forging strategic partnerships and investor relations. Over his 18 years of experience with real estate investing, Ed has participated in land acquisitions, multi-family, ground-up construction, residential and mixed-use projects. He has raised money for dozens of acquisitions, providing investors with passive income and teaching them about the merits of real estate investing. Ed earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance, Information Systems and International Business; received a certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Business; and is obtaining a certificate in applied AI from IBM.

George Hristodoulou

Self - Storage Division

George is responsible for the spearheading the entire Storage division, overseeing underwriting, acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. Prior to joining TEP, George served as the COO of Goodfriend Self Storage and oversaw the operations of a $250 mil portfolio, and restructured $75 million in existing deals. George also led a 35-person property management team at HUBB NYC and managed the day-to-day operations of a 400-unit, $500 million Manhattan portfolio. While at Acadia Realty Trust, George was involved in acquisitions and asset management of a $350 million storage portfolio. George received his BA at Purdue University and his MBA from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business. Additionally, he received a post graduate Certification in Finance from Simon and a Revenue Management Certification from Cornell University

Matthew Hochstrasser

Ground Up Development

Matthew Hochstrasser is responsible for TEP’s ground up development division and investor relations. Over the last 20 years as a real estate entrepreneur, Matthew has executed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions and has participated in ground up construction of over 600 luxury homes across several luxury communities. He has raised tens of millions of dollars for various real estate transactions. Prior to joining TEP, Matthew raised $33 million for a luxury development in the Hamptons. Matthew studied marketing at the University of Erasmus in Rotterdam and La Salle Academy. He has held a real estate license in the State of New York since 1997.
